Multi factor authentication for logging in to your CPA client portal

In line with industry best practices, we are making it available for clients to use multi-factor authentication for logging into your CPA client portal.  If you want to use multi-factor authentication, you must have a mobile device on which the Thomson Reuters Authenticator app is installed, and use this app when logging in.  You'll need to download this free app from your phone's respective App store.  (Thomson Reuters is the financial software provider of our tax software and our CPA client portal system.)
